Wedding rentals at The Plant Venue typically range from $3,000–$5,000 and include full access to our thoughtfully designed campus including The Atrium & Courtyard, Sunset Lounge, The Retreat, and The Haven, plus a commercial kitchen, built-in bar, and a curated collection of modern event furniture.
Wedding Day Weekend Rates:
Friday – $3,500 + tax
Saturday – $4,500-$5,000 + tax
Sunday – $3,000 + tax
Custom wedding day quotes are available for weekday wedding rentals and intimate micro weddings hosting 50 guests or less.
Live Music & Performances
The Plant Venue offers a raw-yet-refined backdrop for live shows, listening sessions, or creative performance events.
Typical investment: $1,500–$3,500. Door-Split Model: Ask us about weekday revenue share options for emerging acts.
Workshops, Retreats, Training, & Festivals
For renewing daytime retreats, intentional gatherings, lessons, and space to think.
Ranging from $600-$3,500 for single-day use depending on spaces used. 10% off deal available for multi-day events. Vendor booth rental split available for co-produced events.
Pop-Up Events: Fashion, Food, Creative
Day Rate (studio rooms, weekdays): $600–$1,200 - Includes The Retreat & Sunset Lounge

The average rental rate for nonprofit events is $1500-$2200 based on the season and availability. Standard NPO rentals include access to The Atrium & Courtyard, accommodating up to 300 guests. Discounted rates are available for NPOs.

Rental includes private access to the venue from 8am-11pm on the day of the event. Usage of the venue’s furniture inventory is included in all rentals.
